About you
Energized by scaling operational excellence for a business focused on financial empowerment for millions of underserved individuals
Comfortable in a high-intensity role and seeking an ambitious workload (not a 40-50 hour workweek)
Thrive in a remote work environment
Prior experience (2+ years) in business operations, management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or high-growth startup operations
Motivated to use AI, automation, and data tools in your day-to-day work to push the boundaries of what a single individual can do
Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, handles shifting priorities fluidly, and works effectively with cross-functional teams
Proficient with SQL
What you’ll do
A little bit of everything! We are a small company, and you’ll be expected to pick up many different things
Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions autonomously
Design, establish, and continuously improve internal operational processes and systems to enable rapid growth and scale
Lead projects focused on operational efficiency, cost optimization, and sustained growth
Manage and streamline business-critical items and workflows including but not limited to audits (SOC 2 Type II, regulatory examinations), licensing (renewals, applications), vendor management (contract renewals, accounts payable), recruiting (sourcing, scheduling), employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, payroll registrations, offboarding), travel logistics (offsites, conferences), data operations, etc
Independently handle any and all recurring, operational, administrative, or miscellaneous work that would otherwise be done by the founders, with an emphasis on cost-effectively automating these responsibilities end-to-end
