We need an English-fluent Graphic Designer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.
Are you the one we are looking for?
Responsibilities:
- Design 10+ high-quality carousel posts per month (approximately 5–6 slides each) for social media platforms.
- Create visually engaging static content across various digital formats.
- Develop creative concepts and visual solutions aligned with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
- Support other design needs as they arise, such as branding assets, marketing materials, and presentation visuals.
- (Optional) Create light animations or motion graphics (e.g., cinemagraphs, simple animated assets) to elevate static designs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Demonstrated experience in social media design—particularly carousels and static posts.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects and Premiere are a plus).
- Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to stay on-brand.
- Proactive and self-motivated, capable of working independently and meeting deadlines.
- Fluent in Spanish, with strong English skills for internal communication.
- Deep understanding of Latin American culture, as the client serves this market.
It´s a Plus:
- Based in Mexico, Guatemala, or the Dominican Republic.
- Experience creating light motion graphics or simple animations.
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,500 - $2,500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
