We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team and help us expand our market presence.
About the Role
As an Account Executive at ExaCare, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in senior care communities nationwide. You will collaborate closely with our CEO, sales leadership, and customer success teams to develop and execute a strategic sales approach, manage the full sales cycle, and secure new business. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills, a strong understanding of our solutions, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do
Drive new business acquisition and manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract execution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior care communities, understanding their challenges and presenting tailored solutions.
Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to refine sales strategies and maximize market penetration.
Conduct outbound outreach, engage with key decision-makers, and challenge industry norms to drive adoption.
Continuously develop sales skills, embrace feedback, and contribute to a high-performance sales culture.
What You’ll Bring
1–3 years of full-cycle sales experience.
Proven track record as a BDR/SDR with promotion to Account Executive.
Strong ability to engage prospects, challenge the status quo, and drive meaningful conversations.
Passion for problem-solving and understanding business operations.
Highly motivated and eager to accelerate sales expertise in a fast-growth environment.
Receptive to feedback, committed to professional development, and thrives in a team-oriented culture.
