What You'll Do
Your job is to convince accounting and bookkeeping practices to use our software.
Here's what that looks like on a day-to-day basis:
Convert inbound leads into closed won deals
Identify and do cold outreach to prospects via email, cold calling, and LinkedIn messages
Run discovery calls, demo calls, free trial calls, and additional meetings with prospects to close deals
Work with Customer Success to ensure new prospects are successfully onboarded and expand
Communicate feature blockers to the product team
Develop a keen understanding of Keeper's product and why people buy it
Here's some additional info about the role:
OTE ranges from $110 - 150K, depending on your level of experience
Uncapped Commission, where our top AEs are making ~$230K annually
Fully remote position with a few weeks of travel every year for selling events and team offsites
Full cycle AE motion where you are prospecting, doing discovery, showing demos of our solution over Zoom with the camera on in all meetings, and closing deals
Reps close 3 - 8 deals a week, our MM team's average ACV is $9,000 and our SMB Team's average ACV is $2,800
We have a land and expand model, so typically smaller deals are intially sold to new accounts and then the AE and CSMs work to expand Keeper across more of the accounting practice's clients, for which the AE's get credit for. Larger deals can generate above $24K in net-new revenue
Monthly quotas range from $40K to $50K ARR
Who You Are
2+ years of experience selling SaaS with 4-5 figure ACVs
You write and speak clearly and concisely
Accounting / finance experience is preferred; interest in learning the space is required
