About Us 

Private events and catering can significantly increase restaurant and event space revenue, but many venues are stuck using outdated, error-prone manual processes - unlike the sophisticated software employed by large chains. Perfect Venue is leveling the playing field by offering local restaurants and venues an affordable, user-friendly, event management tool to help local them compete with big chains. This is just the start, with plans to expand into a broader marketplace that includes other event services (DJs, florists, etc).

About The Role

As one of the first Territory Account Executives at Perfect Venue, you will play a key role in driving outbound sales, leveraging your strong network within the local restaurant industry to bring new customers onto our platform. You’ll conduct product demos, refine our sales approach based on customer feedback, and collaborate closely with our leadership team, including direct access to the CEO.

We’re looking for a self-motivated sales professional with experience in restaurant technology (POS, reservations, event management) and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Your ability to build relationships, navigate the hospitality industry, and think strategically will be key to your success.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outreach to your existing network to close restaurants in your market.

  • Provide product demos to close potential prospects.

  • Provide product feedback to improve our offerings.

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and tech teams to ensure alignment.

  • Utilize HubSpot and spreadsheets to maintain strong contact and company lists.

  • Adapt to the dynamic environment of a fast-growing startup.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience selling restaurant tech (POS, Reservation Software, etc) in your market.

  • Strong network of hospitality groups and restaurants - this role is 100% outbound.

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and generating high-quality leads.

  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Reliable transportation to travel within the territory.

  • Live in the market you are selling to or willing to relocate.

  • Spend 5 days/week prospecting in your market.
