What we are looking for:

As an Account Executive at Trusted, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and expanding our customer base, leveraging Trusted’s On Demand technology. 

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive partnerships with health systems and hospitals 
  • Engage with C-suite stakeholders (CNO, CNIO, CHRO, COO, ACNO, etc.) to partner and advise them on their labor optimization strategy across their system
  • Serve as the SME for our On Demand software, guiding our customers and prospects through the sales cycle to drive both net new SaaS revenue and bolster ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) 
  • Own full-cycle sales strategy and negotiation
  • Travel as needed

Tech-savvy. You are comfortable with technology and the ability to quickly learn and effectively present our platform, including Trusted Health's On Demand software

You have:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare and technology SaaS sales, including documented success working with executive clinical operations and/or human resources decision makers
  • Familiarity with healthcare staffing or workforce optimization software sales 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, clinical sciences, or a related field is preferred
  • Series B startup experience, can thrive in an environment characterized by ambiguity and the dynamic realities of early-stage ventures

Trusted reasonably anticipates the below to be the annual base salary range for this role. The final compensation for this position will vary based on geographic location and candidate experience relative to what Trusted reasonably anticipates for this position. We are committed to transparency, and any compensation questions will be addressed early in our recruitment process. 

Annual Base Salary Range
$137,000$160,000 USD
