- Drive Enterprise Growth: Take ownership of an assigned region, achieving high-impact results through acquiring net new logos and expanding existing accounts by showcasing Zscaler's value proposition tailored to specific business needs.
- Strategic Solution Selling: Build value-driven business cases that resonate at C-suite, IT leadership, and departmental levels within customer organizations, presenting Zscaler as the invaluable partner of choice for secure digital transformation.
- Collaborate for Success: Partner with our Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture, Value Consulting, and Transformation teams to elevate your sales cycles and deliver top-tier service at each stage of the customer's journey.
- Pipeline Development: Continuously generate high-quality pipeline, leveraging creative strategies, innovative tools, joint field marketing efforts, industry events, and relationships with channel partners (VAR, SI & SP).
- Proven Enterprise Sales Experience: At least 4 years working in a quota-driven sales role targeting commercial accounts in the BENELUX region, with a strong record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Track Record of Success: Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve net new logo acquisitions and successfully leverage partnerships to drive enterprise-level deals.
- Team-Oriented Approach: Clear evidence of 'team selling,' effectively utilizing internal resources, cross-functional collaboration, and channel ecosystems to achieve shared objectives.
- Process-Driven Sales Skills: Ability to adopt and execute Zscaler’s proven sales methodologies from the first touchpoint to finalizing multi-faceted deals.
- Industry Expertise: Prior experience selling security solutions, SaaS platforms, enterprise software, or related technology to mid-sized or enterprise-level organizations.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
