About the Role
We’re looking for an Account Executive to join Aizen’s founding GTM team, playing a critical role in driving revenue, winning new logos, and shaping our go-to-market strategy. As part of a small but highly strategic team, you’ll have a high level of ownership, working across the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pipeline generation to closing enterprise deals. You’ll engage with technical and business stakeholders to position Aizen’s end-to-end AI platform as the solution for companies looking to scale and operationalize AI.
This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is excited about building the foundation for a high-growth sales organization. You’ll not only be responsible for executing deals but also for contributing to sales processes, messaging, and playbooks to accelerate growth. Core Responsibilities
Own the Full Sales Cycle – Drive deals from prospecting to close, including lead generation, discovery, pricing, quoting, negotiating, and contract execution.
Win New Logos & Drive Expansion – Identify and engage with enterprise prospects, educate them on Aizen’s end-to-end AI platform, and close high-impact deals.
Develop and Execute GTM Strategies – Take ownership of go-to-market initiatives, helping define sales playbooks, outreach strategies, and growth channels to drive revenue.
Engage with Key Stakeholders – Navigate complex sales cycles, engaging with decision-makers across C-Suite, AI/ML leadership, and technical teams to build relationships and drive adoption.
Deliver Compelling Product Demonstrations – Work closely with Sales Engineers and Product teams to showcase Aizen’s capabilities, addressing customer pain points with tailored solutions.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Partner with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to align customer needs with platform capabilities, influencing feature development and roadmap prioritization.
Build and Maintain a Strong Pipeline – Continuously prospect and qualify new leads, leveraging inbound interest, outbound efforts, and strategic partnerships to create long-term growth opportunities.
Shape the Future of Sales at Aizen – As part of a small but high-impact GTM team, contribute to refining sales processes, best practices, and operational efficiencies that will scale as we grow.
Exceed Sales Targets & Drive Measurable Impact – Consistently meet and exceed revenue goals, tracking key metrics to optimize performance and accelerate Aizen’s market expansion.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven Track Record in B2B SaaS Sales – 4+ years of progressive SaaS sales experience, ideally with time spent as an SDR, Mid-Market, and Enterprise AE, demonstrating quota attainment and deal execution.
Ability to Sell to Technical Audiences (Required) – Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, cloud infrastructure, and software development workflows to engage technical stakeholders and navigate complex sales cycles.
Experience Selling AI, MLOps, or Data Infrastructure Products – Prior experience selling technical enterprise software in spaces like AI/ML, big data, DevTools, or MLOps to developers, data scientists, and engineering leaders.
Experience Managing Large, Complex Deal Cycles – Ability to sell to both C-suite executives and technical decision-makers, managing long enterprise sales cycles and driving six-figure+ deals to close.
Early-Stage Startup Experience (Nice to Have) – Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment, wearing multiple hats, and contributing beyond direct sales (e.g., GTM strategy, sales process refinement).
CRM & Sales Tools Proficiency – Experience using Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and other sales engagement tools to manage pipeline and drive revenue.
Entrepreneurial Mindset & Ownership Mentality – A self-starter with a bias for action, able to structure sales processes, build relationships from scratch, and drive results in an ambiguous environment.
