We’re seeking an Agency Partnership Account Manager based in Singapore. You’ll own and grow relationships with agency partners that are critical to expanding INFUSE’s local presence and driving demand-led growth for our enterprise clients.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary day-to-day lead for managing agency relationships across Singapore.
- Own the RFP process: ensure timely, compelling responses aligned with client and partner expectations.
- Build and maintain strong agency connections through regular touchpoints—whether check-ins, coffee meetings, lunch or the occasional happy hour (with budget-wise discretion).
- Stay attuned to agency shifts and opportunity signals—identify new needs, market dynamics, and growth opportunities.
- Drive client retention and renewals for agency-linked accounts, working proactively to maintain momentum.
- Collaborate closely with the Account Director to advance renewal pipelines and escalate opportunities.
- Partner with the GTM Strategist to coordinate agent-facing workshops, research-sharing sessions, and joint strategic initiatives.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3- 5+ years experience in agency management, account leadership, or demand generation across B2B consultative environments.
- Demonstrated proficiency in driving renewals, managing RFP cycles, and engaging cross-functional stakeholders.
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills, combined with commercial acumen in service-based partnerships.
- A track record of success in client retention and agency-facing engagement.
