Businessolver is looking for an Account Manager to support our ComplianceDashboard team & services. The Dashboard is a customized compliance calendar that helps insurance advisors and HR professionals understand and track their legal obligations when it comes to benefits compliance. The Dashboard can track progress at a glance, prioritizes the most urgent benefits compliance tasks, simplifies team collaboration, and allows users to mark multiple tasks complete at one time, enhancing productivity and focus.

The Gig:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with agency points of contact
  • Conduct adviser and employer training via webinar and in-person presentations
  • Ensure timely response to client needs and objectives
  • Proactive outreach to advisor clients to encourage engagement
  • Develop new business with existing adviser portfolio
  • Support Account Executives on national client implementations
  • Collaborate with Sales Department for small and regional new client implementations
  • Clearly communicated any setbacks or successes related to client accounts and work with Team Lead or Account Executive

What you need to make the cut:

  • 2-3 years experience in a professional office environment or customer service required
  • Account Management or Sales experience strongly preferred but not required
  • Employee benefits or HR experience preferred but not required
  • Enthusiasm for serving others and creating great experiences for our clients
  • Ability to work in team-centric environment in order to complete tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as webinar and group presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn compliance topics and stay up to date with industry news and trends
  • Some travel for client trainings and industry conferences required

The pay range for this position is 55K to 78K per year (pay to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data).
