The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their high-performing sales team. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a cutting-edge AI and voice technology startup.
What You'll Do
Generate new leads through multithreading (cold calling, email sequencing, LinkedIn outreach)
Serve as a brand ambassador at industry events
Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas (meetings with decision-makers in a Mid-Market segment)
Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and industry events
Utilize CRM and sales tools to track sales performance, manage pipeline, and maintain client information
Collaborate closely with the cross-functional teams to understand client needs
Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape
What You Bring
1-2 years of SaaS sales experience in a BDR or similar outbound sales role
Excellent proficiency in multithreading (cold calling, email sequencing, LinkedIn outreach)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience in an early-stage startup (Seed to Series B)
Ideally, experience in Conversational AI sales, particularly with Voice Technology
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without visa sponsorship
Location in the U.S. in the EST time zone
