Job Description

Use data to drive better decisions. Build tools that save time. Help a fast-growing autism care company do more of what matters.

Pay Range: $90,000 - $100,000 DOE and Location

About Kyo

Kyo is a mission-driven ABA therapy provider operating in twelve states and growing fast. We serve thousands of families with high-quality, individualized care—and we’re building the internal systems to support that scale.

The Role

We’re looking for a Business Data & Finance Analyst who loves turning data into actionable insight, building tools that make work easier, and using new technologies (like AI) to solve old problems. You’ll be hands-on with everything from budgeting and reporting to dashboard creation, system integrations, and lightweight automations.

This isn’t a traditional FP&A role. It’s part finance, part product-minded data analyst, part process optimizer. You'll report to our Controller and work cross-functionally with teams across Kyo—including leadership.

You Might Be a Fit If You...

  • Think Excel is powerful but Tableau is better
  • See budget season as an opportunity for alignment, not just accounting
  • Are curious about AI tools like ChatGPT, and already tinkering with ways to use them
  • Have opinions about what makes a dashboard good
  • Want to work in a high-trust, high-impact team that values ownership and continuous learning

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage the annual budgeting process, partnering with department heads and senior leadership
  • Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau and Sage Intacct to track KPIs and identify trends
  • Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting and analysis
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities for recurring tasks (allocation reviews, reporting, data pulls, etc.)
  • Collaborate with our data team to streamline and improve data pipelines and reporting structure
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives across finance and operations
  • Explore and test AI-powered tools to improve team efficiency and insight generation

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a finance, FP&A, business analytics, or operations analytics role
  • Strong Tableau skills — including publishing, parameter logic, and cross-source joins
  • Comfort with data — pulling it, interpreting it, visualizing it
  • Basic understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Curious and self-directed learner (especially re: new tech like AI and automation)
  • Experience with tools like Google Sheets, Sage Intacct, or Ramp is a plus

Benefits

  • 100% remote, work from anywhere in these states: CA, CO, NC, UT, TN, WA
  • 401(k) with matching
  • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
  • Generous vacation and paid holidays
  • A supportive team that encourages continuous growth

What Makes This Role Different

You won’t just maintain reports — you’ll help design the systems that power our finance engine. You’ll be encouraged to experiment, improve processes, and help us leverage the best of what’s out there — from data viz to AI-driven workflows.

Basic and Physical Requirements

  • Sit or stand for extended periods of time, remaining in a stationary position for up to 100% of an 8-hour workday.
  • Reach with hands and arms; use hands to type with a keyboard and handle objects (e.g. computer mouse); speak and hear.
  • Must have visual acuity to read and comprehend written communication through computer, electronic devices, and paper means.
  • Must be able to read and interpret documents in the English language, such as employee handbooks, training materials and procedure manuals.
  • Must be able to receive and act on detailed information through oral communication, in the English language.
  • Must be able to interact and engage with others and communicate in English.
  • Strong internet connection and professional environment with the ability to utilize video conferencing for long periods of time with limited interruptions during Kyo company business hours unless otherwise stipulated by a supervisor dependent upon business need.
