About the Role
Join our team as a Business Development Executive where you’ll help individuals find the right franchise opportunity and guide them through the decision-making process. You’ll speak directly with aspiring entrepreneurs—mostly in Arabic and English—and close deals that change lives.
Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle sales pipeline: from first contact to final close
Run persuasive virtual meetings and provide strategic consults
Identify opportunities and tailor offerings based on prospect needs
Track performance, forecast results, and manage your CRM like a pro
Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve outreach efforts
What You Need
2–3+ years in sales with closing responsibility
Proven track record of converting high-intent leads
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
Independent, resourceful, and focused on results
Experience in franchising, health services, or consulting is a plus
