As a Bussines Development Executive, your mission is to grow Teya’s local presence, drive sales, and be our on-the-ground ambassador bringing Teya closer to the businesses that need us.

Your Story 📖
Previous experience in selling services (telecommunication, Saas, Fintech) is a plus
Successful sales track record & customer portfolio retention
Sales experience 4+ years
You enjoy field-based work
You build strong relationships and communicate with ease
You’re goal-driven, organized, self-motivated and resourceful
You’re tech-savvy and eager to grow
Fluent in Croatian and confident in English
You have a driver’s license
