The Business Development Manager, primarily, is a master at networking in order to build a strong pipeline. This position pays a base salary plus commission and a recurring residual income as well.
Job Description
Identify and prospect new business opportunities that results in new business
Maintain records and reports in our CRM
Actively develop and maintain a network of small and mid-size business owners
Identify and establish potential channel partners
Maintain and/or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators
Represent HR Solutions as the leading and best HR outsourcing provider
Qualifications
3+ years of experience selling Payroll, PEO, EOR, Employee Benefits preferred
Familiarity with HRM softwares or systems an added bonus
Experience in a consultative sales role
Past experience in working in a startup a plus
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
Quick thinking and problem solving skills
