As a Business Development Manager at Teya, you will play a pivotal role in managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to establishing lasting customer relationships. Join our dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of Teya through your expertise in sales, customer education, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing.

  • Identify new customers who can benefit from Teya's solutions and products.

Customer Education:

  • Educate potential customers about Teya's solutions and products, explaining the value and benefits.

  • Provide expert advice and recommendations to help customers make informed decisions.

Relationship Building:

  • Build strong rapport and trust with customers, establishing long-term relationships.

  • Ensure that customers feel valued and supported throughout the sales process.

Competitive and Market Analysis:

  • Conduct competitive analysis to understand the market landscape and identify opportunities, contributing in the sales strategy and execution of it.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging competitors.

Sales Reporting and KPI Definition:

  • Create and maintain sales reports to track progress and performance.

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales and opportunities to drive success.

CRM System Management:

  • Accurately record and maintain customer information, interactions, and sales details in the CRM system.

  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with CRM best practices.

Who you are

  • Initiative, professional, and independent working methods;

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills;

  • Passionate about building great user experiences;

  • Good technical skills and knowledge of new technologies;

  • Very good skills in Icelandic and English;
