Why this role matters
We’re looking for a smart, ambitious individual to join our Sales team as a Business Development Representative (BDR). This is a key entry-level role that sits at the start of our sales process—filling the pipeline for our Account Executives and helping the company grow faster.
You’ll be responsible for generating interest, contacting leads, and booking calls and demos with potential customers. You’ll work across inbound leads, outbound outreach, and targeted lists from our DataOps team. We’ll provide you with everything you need to succeed: training, tools, scripts, and a clear path to progress toward an Account Executive role.

What you’ll do
Contact leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate interest
Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for our Account Executives
Work with inbound leads from our website and outbound leads from DataOps
Maintain accurate records of outreach in our CRM (HubSpot)
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to improve lead quality and messaging
Learn the sales process from start to finish
Hit monthly goals for qualified opportunities and booked meetings
Earn bonuses based on revenue from customers who go live
What you’ll bring
A degree in a quantitative field like Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline is ideal—but we're open to candidates with strong analytical skills from other backgrounds.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable speaking to people on the phone and building rapport
Curious, coachable, and excited to learn
Good with numbers and detail-oriented

Location
This is a primarily office-based role in Belfast. Some remote work flexibility will be available over time, and the role may evolve into a hybrid setup as trust and experience grow.
