About the Role:
Hims & Hers is seeking an exceptional Finance Manager, Category Management to join our Strategic Finance team. This fully remote role plays a pivotal part in supporting our international expansion and new product category launches. You’ll take ownership of financial modeling, revenue forecasting, and strategic analysis, helping drive critical business decisions and shape the future of our fast-growing global organization.
You Will:
Lead financial operations for our international business lines — including forecasting, performance tracking, and communicating results to key stakeholders.
Own revenue and contribution margin forecasts for international growth and new category launches.
Act as a strategic advisor to category directors — presenting insights, analysis, and recommendations to guide both short- and long-term planning.
Develop and maintain customer lifetime value (LTV) models and be the subject matter expert on unit economics for new launches.
Partner cross-functionally to set and optimize pricing strategies across business lines.
Design frameworks and evaluate initiatives, helping prioritize projects based on financial impact and feasibility.
Build robust Excel and Google Sheets models from scratch to answer complex business questions.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) through dashboards and automated reporting.
Support executive leadership and the Board of Directors with high-quality financial analyses and presentations.
Drive the budgeting process, including annual, quarterly, and monthly planning.
Lead ad-hoc strategic projects to address emerging business needs.
You Have:
B.S. in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience
7+ years of experience in analytical financial roles such as strategic finance, investment banking, and/or consulting
Experience managing a small team, building culture, and fostering talent
The ability to manipulate large datasets is a must. Prior SQL or Looker experience is a plus
Strategic thinker who is intellectually curious
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask
An ambitious self-starter who takes ownership and thrives in an ever-changing work environment
Nice to Have:
CFA or CPA, MS in Finance related field or an MBA
Experience in technology/consumer investment banking group or at a high growth start-up/company preferred but not required
Experience with online subscription businesses, acquisition marketing metrics and lifetime value concepts is a plus
