About Solink

At Solink, our mission is to safeguard what matters most. We provide businesses with the tools to know sooner and act faster by transforming video security into real-time operational insights.

Our cloud-based platform integrates seamlessly with your existing cameras and systems, turning them into intelligent sensors that detect and interpret key moments. This empowers teams to make data-driven decisions, enhance security, and improve operational efficiency.

Trusted by over 30,000 locations across 32+ countries - including brands like McDonald’s and JYSK - Solink delivers clarity when it counts. Our solutions help businesses reduce shrink, optimize performance, and respond proactively to potential threats.

We're growing rapidly, earning industry recognition, and scaling with purpose. We’ve been recognized by Deloitte’s Fast 50™ and Fast 500™, Business Intelligence Group, and as one of Ottawa’s Best Places to Work. And we’re just getting started!

The Role

Solink is evolving from a direct-sales focus to a hybrid go-to-market model, empowering a global network of resellers, systems integrators (SIs), and value-added resellers (VARs). Our cloud-based video security and analytics platform combines video, data, and AI to drive operational insights and profitability across industries—from retail and restaurants to logistics and hospitality.

As our founding Channel Marketing Manager, you’ll bridge product marketing, field marketing, and enablement to accelerate partner-led growth. You’ll adapt and localize our core messaging and sales collateral for diverse partner audiences, drive co-marketing and co-selling initiatives, and build programs that train, certify, and empower our channel ecosystem. You are a strategic self-starter who thrives in a cross-functional environment and is passionate about partner success.

What You’ll Do

1. Build Partner-Ready Messaging & Collateral

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to adapt Solink’s messaging, sales decks, and battle cards for partner use.

  • Develop customizable templates, playbooks, and co-branded assets tailored to different partner types (resellers, SIs, VARs).

  • Create and maintain a living library of partner-ready content to support sales, campaigns, and events.

2. Drive Co-Marketing & Field Campaigns

  • Lead the planning and execution of joint marketing campaigns with top-tier partners.

  • Produce monthly partner newsletters and support a regular webinar series.

  • Collaborate with Channel Account Managers on territory-based field marketing activities, campaigns, and partner demos.

3. Enable & Certify Our Partners

  • Design and launch a multi-tiered partner certification curriculum (eLearning, virtual workshops, bootcamps).

  • Develop training modules, videos, and knowledge assessments to drive proficiency.

  • Track certification progress and correlate to partner performance and sourced revenue.

4. Deliver Channel Insights & Optimize Programs

  • Gather feedback from partners and track engagement to improve programs continuously.

  • Monitor key metrics such as deal registration, partner-sourced pipeline, and certification completion.

  • Present quarterly channel marketing reviews to internal stakeholders and leadership.

5. Collaborate Cross-Functionally

  • Work closely with Sales, Partner Ops, Marketing Ops, PR/Comms, and Demand Gen to align campaigns and messaging.

  • Support the Partner Council initiative, including content development, communications, and action tracking.

  • Amplify partner success stories through case studies, social proof, and awards.

What You Bring

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in channel, field, or account-based marketing—preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Strong writer/editor with experience producing both long-form and short-form marketing content.

  • Experience planning and executing partner events, webinars, and joint campaigns.

  • Proficiency with marketing analytics and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • Excellent project management, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience building or scaling a partner enablement or certification program.

  • Familiarity with channel ecosystems in retail, QSR, or physical security tech sectors.

Security Requirements

  • Candidates must undergo a criminal records check upon hire;

  • Be a Canadian or American Citizen, or eligible to work in Canada or the United States.

  • Be willing to comply with Solink’s own security policies and standards.
