We are seeking a new Client Marketing Operations Team Member to join our growing team. In this role, you will play an important part in supporting our account management team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery to our clients.
With 60+ Filipino team members already thriving in our company, we are excited to expand this growing team with new talent!
Requirements
In this role, you will:
Act as the face of the agency for our US-based clients
Research client account and current status of various initiatives
Analyze marketing data and prepare analysis for clients
Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations for client meetings
Schedule and lead Zoom calls with clients
Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to clients assigned to you
Coordinate with other teams to resolve client issues quickly
Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks to customer success
Rely on analytics to determine clients and partners that you should reach out to in order to help them see the best success with their accounts.
Maintain accurate records of client communications and interactions

What makes you a good fit (Qualifications):
Based in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term role
3-8 years experience in a marketing agency or internal marketing role.
Significant SEO experience is a major plus.
Other marketing skills (Hubspot, Data Analytics, Wordpress, etc.)
Highly organized and outstanding organizational ability
A team player who can has a willingness to learn and grow at a fast-pace
Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
Strong academic background who graduated with an outstanding General Weighted Average
Individuals who graduate with a major that could be a good fit including Communications, Business Ad, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Public Administration, or other Liberal Arts degrees

Hours options:
You would work during US EST Hours (approx 8am to 5pm EST)
Please note: This is a client-facing role and a handful of our clients are based on the West Coast. Individuals may need to join calls outside of their core shifts a few times per month.

Wages
Hourly compensation is in $USD
We offer a competitive salary reflecting experience and skills
Aside from the base salary, there will also be an additional company contribution to go towards health insurance and additional benefits that you buy on your own
Target 42.5 billable hours per week
Additionally, you accrue Life Leave which can optionally be cashed in each year adding to your earnings
Paid Vacation Time
20 days accrued annually
These paid days off each equate to 8.0 hours of billable time.
Expect to use 5 of the days during the Christmas – New Year’s period.
Paid Sick Time
5 sick days off annually
Paid Life Leave
15 days accrued annually.
Once per year in December, you can cash out any accrued life leave time. Every 5 days you cash out is worth about $300 USD.
Life Leave allows team members to use their holidays as it’s meant to be – a break – whilst knowing they’ve got the breathing space to tap into extra leave for the planned and unplanned life moments.
