What you'll be doing
As a Corporate Finance Associate, you'll play a key role in shaping our company's financial narrative and engagement with the investment community. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:
Investor Communications - Develop and prepare high-quality investor update materials, including earnings presentations, investor decks, press releases, and Q&A documents.
Shareholder Management - Assist in managing relationships with institutional investors and shareholders, responding to inquiries, and maintaining accurate shareholder records.
Internal Stakeholder Presentations - Create compelling internal presentations for senior leadership on financial performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.
Extraordinary Corporate Transactions - Support various corporate finance activities, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, and other strategic transactions, from due diligence to execution.
Financial Analysis - Conduct financial analysis, market research, and peer benchmarking to support investor relations efforts and strategic decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with finance, legal, communications, and executive teams to ensure consistent and accurate messaging.
Who we're looking for

Relevant experience – 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, investor relations, investment banking, or a related advisory role (e.g., Big Four consulting).
Education - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
Financial Acumen - Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and capital markets.
Communication Skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly and concisely.
Analytical Prowess - Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Interpersonal Skills - Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Proactivity and Adaptability - Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
