About this role

Reporting to the Senior Creative Producer, you’ll dream up and deliver social‑first ideas that cut through with UK Gen Z and a global youth audience. 

You’ll turn client briefs and internal strategies into sharp creative propositions, lead lively brainstorms and jump on cultural and viral moments fast. You’ll shape repeatable formats and scripts across vox pops, docs, entertainment and comedy, build shot lists and shoot briefs, and bake in strong social mechanics from the start. 

You’ll steer development end to end with Producers, Editors and Talent Managers acting as the lead creative voice on set and edit‑producing final assets that feel native to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, X and Snapchat. 

You’ll be hands on with creation, including smart use of AI video and image tools, and you’ll know when to engage Content Creators, Influencers or Talent and how to brief them for authentic, on‑brand results. 

What you’ll need to succeed:

You’re an experienced Creative or Creative Producer from a social‑first agency, digital publisher or TV environment. 

You’re equal parts big‑idea and hands‑on shaping decks, storyboards, scripts and edits, confidently selling the story to teams and clients, directing on set, partnering with production and post, and edit producing right through to polished delivery. 

You’re platform‑native across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Snapchat, Facebook and X.

You use data and insights to sharpen hooks, lift retention and drive organic growth. You live youth culture, internet trends, pop culture and social good, stay calm under pressure and juggle multiple projects at pace, collaborating brilliantly with commercial, production, editorial, marketing and insight. 

You’re curious about if not already using generative AI for smarter creation, comfortable crafting standout decks in Adobe, Google, Canva or PowerPoint, and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Premiere Pro and After Effects) is a plus. A top‑line grasp of budgets and schedules, and basic camera skills, will set you up nicely.
