Xtream Admins is hiring for experienced customer service representatives who are self disciplined and have great time management skills. This position is a remote position and requires the candidate to be proactive and have the ability to work and be productive without supervision.

Responsible for inbound customer calls for a security company. Will need to be able to help customers trouble shoot issues to solve problems and keep a record of all customer interactions in the CRM.. You will be responsible for giving accurate information by keeping up to date on company products. 

Qualifications

Requirements of Position:

  • USB Headset
  • Great time management skills
  • At least one year of customer service experience
  • Must have a high school diploma
