In this role, you will help our prospects and customers add integration features into their products: B2B apps and AI agents.
You will work on intersection of business and technical problems, dealing with a range of APIs and use cases across many types of business applications. This role requires quick problem solving, continuous learning, and good attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Understand integration use cases and user journeys our customers want to build and help implement them using our product.
Build re-usable products by aggregating one-off solutions.
Create prototypes of platform features that help implement more solutions faster; work with the platform team on implementing them.
Help customers with complex problems they encounter when building integrations.
Provide feedback to the Platform team that makes product better in handling use cases you deal with.
(optional) Improve product documentation and other customer-facing artifacts.
Requirements
Experience working with various SaaS APIs and building integrations.
Great vibe coding skills (we use Cursor heavily to write code).
Ability and desire to work autonomously - there will be no manager to tell you what to do every day.

Understanding of business SaaS space (CRMs, task management, accounting, HR tools).
