We seek an individual capable of managing reporting, optimizing processes by utilizing tools, and performing thorough analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce periodic reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Optimize reporting update processes to improve efficiency.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support business decision-making.
- Create and optimize Excel-based reports and dashboards to track key business metrics.
- Run SQL queries to extract and validate data from multiple sources.
- Support data governance efforts by identifying and resolving inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to provide data-driven insights.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with business intelligence and data reporting.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Experience with Workforce Planning data and reporting (or People Analytics Reporting)
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tool
- Experience with business intelligence and data reporting.
- Knowledge of automation tools for data processing and reporting optimization.
