Job Description

We seek an individual capable of managing reporting, optimizing processes by utilizing tools, and performing thorough analysis. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Produce periodic reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. 
  • Optimize reporting update processes to improve efficiency.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Create and optimize Excel-based reports and dashboards to track key business metrics.
  • Run SQL queries to extract and validate data from multiple sources.
  • Support data governance efforts by identifying and resolving inconsistencies.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to provide data-driven insights. 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and automation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with business intelligence and data reporting. 

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis.
  • Experience with Workforce Planning data and reporting (or People Analytics Reporting)
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tool
  • Experience with business intelligence and data reporting. 
  • Knowledge of automation tools for data processing and reporting optimization.
  • Experiencie IA (could be as user)
