About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Verification Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll complete accurate, detailed insurance verifications each day and help guide the evolution of the verification software we use and build.
This position is perfect for someone with deep in-office experience, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. You’ll work independently, communicate clearly with teammates, and help improve the tools that support our work.
What You'll Do
Complete insurance verifications daily, gathering breakdowns from payer portals and phone calls
Input insurance information accurately into Open Dental or similar PMS
Use our internal verification software and provide feedback to improve it
Collaborate with teammates to support workflow and maintain service quality
Prioritize and manage tasks to meet daily deadlines with high accuracy
What You'll Bring
8+ years of dental office experience, specifically in insurance verification
Strong proficiency in Open Dental or other dental PMS
Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
Clear communication skills and the ability to work independently
Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
A bachelor's degree is a plus, but not required
