Job Description

Grafana Labs is a remote-first, open-source powerhouse. There are more than 20M users of Grafana, the open source visualization tool, around the globe, monitoring everything from beehives to climate change in the Alps. The instantly recognizable dashboards have been spotted everywhere from a NASA launch and Minecraft HQ to Wimbledon and the Tour de France. Grafana Labs also helps more than 3,000 companies -- including Bloomberg, JPMorgan Chase, and eBay -- manage their observability strategies with the Grafana LGTM Stack, which can be run fully managed with Grafana Cloud or self-managed with the Grafana Enterprise Stack, both featuring scalable metrics (Grafana Mimir), logs (Grafana Loki), and traces (Grafana Tempo).

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.

You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.

We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Demand Generation team member to lead our campaigns that drive users from awareness to adoption and support our land and expand motion. • Web Optimization & Personalization: Leverage web optimization tools (e.g., Adobe Target) to continuously enhance user experiences and conversions on our website. Collaborate with the web team to create personalized landing pages and optimize user journeys.
  • Data-Driven Optimization & Testing: Define KPIs for campaign success and continuously monitor performance. Use A/B testing, analytics, and insights to optimize campaigns and ensure they meet demand generation objectives.
  • Messaging Strategy & Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with content, creative, and product teams to create compelling, personalized messaging for multi-channel campaigns.
  • Sales & Marketing Alignment: Partner with Sales and SDRs to ensure alignment on campaign objectives, and collaborate on pre- and post-campaign activities to maximize the effectiveness of campaigns and ensure a smooth handoff for lead follow-up and account expansion.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation
  • Expertise in email nurture, website optimization (experience with Adobe Target or similar tools), and paid media (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Foundational understanding of AI prompt writing to apply to marketing initiatives
