As the Director of Product - Trust at Drata, you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of our Security Assurance product suite, championing our mission to help customers build, maintain, and communicate trust at scale continuously. You will be at the forefront of evolving Drata’s platform capabilities to empower customers with industry-leading transparency and assurance experiences, especially through Trust Center and related capabilities.
You bring a balance of strategic product thinking, deep customer empathy, and the ability to translate vision into tangible, scalable solutions. With strong cross-functional leadership and proven product leadership you’ll guide Drata’s Trust portfolio through its next phase of growth, innovation, and enterprise readiness.
What you'll do:
Define and lead the product vision and roadmap for Drata’s Trust portfolio, aligning with company strategy and growth objectives.
Champion the voice of the customer by deeply understanding their needs through research, feedback, and direct engagement, ensuring solutions deliver meaningful business value.
Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align product direction, drive clarity, and ensure trust-focused capabilities are a core differentiator in the market.
Identify and capitalize on market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory shifts to position Drata as a category leader in trust.
Guide the evolution of Trust Center, focusing on configurability, analytics, integrations, and content management to meet enterprise-grade standards.
Define and own product-related OKRs and metrics, evaluating impact and iterating based on results and learnings.
Partner with Engineering to ship high-quality, innovative solutions with speed and scale, managing the entire product lifecycle from ideation through post-launch refinement.
Work with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure successful product launches, clear messaging, and effective enablement that drives adoption and business outcomes.
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing product team, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and customer-obsessed culture.
Serve as a visible leader within and outside of Drata, embodying our values and promoting a culture of trust, excellence, and continuous learning.
What you'll bring:
8+ years of experience in product management, including 5+ years in leadership roles in SaaS companies.
Proven track record of building and scaling platform-level or customer-facing products; experience in cybersecurity, compliance, or trust-related domains is a plus.
Demonstrated experience in B2B environment is required
Success leading products from 0 to 1 and scaling them to high-growth.
Understanding of what it takes to deliver enterprise-grade solutions, including configurability, scalability, and robust UX.
Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills, customer-centric thinking, and market awareness.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to create alignment across teams and stakeholders.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus.

This role will receive a competitive base salary, benefits, and stock, typically in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The applicable salary range for each US-based role is based on where the employee works and is aligned to one of 3 tiers based on the cost of labor for that geographic area. The expected salary ranges for this role are below, subject to change.
Tier 1: $213,900 - $264,300
Tier 2: $192,500 - $237,900
Tier 3: $171,100 - $211,400
