Its latest €100m fundraising round (Series C) was led by Hedosophia and Sapphire Venture, with continued support from existing investors including Bessemer Venture Partners, BlackRock, Earlybird, HV Capital, Motive Ventures, and Notion Capital.

We currently employ 200+ people across Europe with our headquarters based in Berlin, Germany, and hubs in Tallinn, Estonia, and London, UK.

Teams Mission

Our Legal DP and AI team is dedicated to delivering high-quality and commercial advice to support the firm in building scalable investment solutions, working cross-functionally with product and client-facing teams to ensure smooth transitions for our partner clients.

Your Mission

In this role, you will drive embedding regulatory compliance across the organisation through pragmatic and considered advice, collaborating closely with the business stakeholders to ensure implementation of efficient and scalable processes. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while growing your skills in a dynamic environment.

This role offers you the opportunity to:

  • Ownership: You will be part of the Legal DP& AI team supporting the execution of Data Protection and AI strategy to helping in the execution and tracking, you will be a key stakeholder and truly own the outcome paired, working directly with the regulatory teams.

What you'll bring:

  • ​​You are currently studying or have completed studies in a field related to data protection, AI, IT, or a combination such as IT & Law or Business & Law – we’re flexible, as long as your interest and foundation are relevant.

  • You’re passionate about data protection, artificial intelligence, and fintech. You're eager to learn and excited about helping shape the future of investing to make it more accessible.

  • You thrive in cross-functional teams and enjoy working collaboratively towards shared goals.

  • You're able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and adapt quickly to new challenges.

  • You have relevant previous experience – internships or other working student roles count.

  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and German (C1-C2).

  • You’re available for at least 4 months and are based in Berlin.
