We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Virtual Assistant to support leaders and fast-paced teams across industries. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted right-hand—managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and keeping inboxes and projects running smoothly.
If you're experienced in remote support, detail-driven, and confident handling executive-level requests with discretion, this could be the perfect fit.
🔧 Responsibilities:
Manage scheduling, calendars, and meetings across multiple time zones
Monitor and triage emails, draft follow-ups, and flag time-sensitive requests
Prepare presentations, reports, and documents using Google Workspace or MS Office
Coordinate logistics for virtual meetings and events, including agenda prep and notes
Support light project tracking, data entry, and CRM updates
Handle ad hoc requests with professionalism and efficiency
✅ Qualifications:
2+ years of experience supporting executives or senior professionals remotely
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English
Comfortable with tools like Slack, Notion, Zoom, Trello/Asana, Google Workspace
Able to maintain confidentiality and act with sound judgment
Available to overlap with U.S. business hours
