We’re the trusted partner to some of Europe’s most exciting startups and now looking for a Founding Go-To-Market (Individual Contributor) to lead the charge in shaping a bold, data-driven, and creative outbound strategy that sets a new standard for recruitment.
This is a unique opportunity to build a modern B2B sales engine from scratch, using automation, insight, and a deep love of technology to fuel real business growth.
In this role, you will:
Own and build the B2B lead generation funnel from the ground up
Design and execute go-to-market campaigns across channels, tools, and partnerships
Use AI tools, Sales Navigator, CRM (Attio or HubSpot), and Gdrive to optimize lead sourcing and outreach
Run experiments and iterate quickly to improve conversion and pipeline performance
Provide weekly reporting on progress, campaign results, and insights
Conduct market and data analysis to identify key trends and opportunities
Collaborate with the founder and recruitment team to align sales and brand positioning
Push the boundaries of what’s been done in recruitment marketing and B2B automation
Take full ownership as an individual contributor, with potential to grow into a lead role
Required Skills and Qualifications
1–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, sales ops, lead generation, or GTM strategy
Background in Marketing, Sales, or Business (degree or equivalent experience)
Hands-on experience with tools like Sales Navigator, Attio or HubSpot, Gdrive, and AI-powered productivity tools
Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem—ideally with former startup or agency experience
Tech-savvy and excited by automation, experimentation, and growth tactics
Friendly, proactive, creative, and comfortable working independently
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
French language skills are a big plus
Bonus: Experience with sales enablement, cold outreach, or freelance client acquisition
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Experience using analytics platforms to drive strategy
Experience in B2B marketing within the recruitment sector, specifically in lead generation and client engagement.
Understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics to drive targeted marketing strategies
Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies tailored for B2B recruitment
