Your Mission
As FP&A Partner you will play a key role in financial planning and analysis of Teya Iceland. Supporting the Teya Leadership team, this role will be highly collaborative with marketing, sales, customer operations, product & technology. This is an excellent opportunity to help shape the strategy and growth of Teya Iceland.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Preparing financial and business performance reports to guide management decision making. This includes P&L, balance sheet and KPI analysis
Providing evidence-based recommendations and insights to drive value creation
Forecasting, budgeting and business planning for the Iceland operation
Providing ad hoc financial analysis and business intelligence for country management
Procurement and cost control analysis
Cash flow analysis and forecasting working alongside the group treasury team
Challenging accounting numbers to ensure accuracy and consistency
Presenting findings to senior stakeholders across the group
Working closely with other geographies and business functions
Your Story
Prior experience in FP&A or other similar finance function
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Tableau, Snowflake, SAP or similar
High-level analytical and financial modelling skills with strong attention to detail
Operational, hands-on professional with a desire to dive deep into the business in order to drive results
A self-starter, capable of performing tasks with limited guidance and comfortable in a dynamic environment
Ability to communicate complex ideas and financial information effectively and concisely
Fluency in Icelandic and English
Nice to haves
Experience in payments, fintech or financial services, and ideally in a fast-growth environment
