PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Independently owns the media planning and buying for 2-3 accounts
- Manages and analyzes campaigns and recommends tactical changes to optimize performance
- Works closely with the Analytics team to develop quarterly and/or monthly client reports
- Manages internal and external communications, continuously communicating with Project Management and Account teams to ensure client expectations are met
- Manages Paid Social across all platforms, including being hands-on within platforms
- Authors' digital planning decks and presentations
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications or related field
- 4+ years of experience in media planning and buying with a focus on social and programmatic channels within the pharmaceutical/healthcare space
- Traditional media experience across print, TV, radio, and OOH is a plus
- Mastery of online ad platforms, online platforms, specifically Meta, Instagram, Google Ads Manager, CM360, and Programmatic Media
- Familiarity with paid campaign process from content development, media planning, media buying, to reporting and analysis
- Experience with commonly used ad serving (including Video and Rich Media) platform technologies and ad tagging across various objectives
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google Suite
- Experience with media measurement implementation such as conversion tracking, pixel placement strategies, UTM tracking, ad tagging and trafficking etc.
- Channel certifications preferred
- Self-motivated; excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication; problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience managing and analyzing campaigns with ability to recommend tactical changes to optimize performance
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
