FSP is searching for an experienced Full Stack .NET/Angular Engineer ready to make a difference every day. Flight Schedule Pro provides powerful software solutions for aircraft operators, allowing them to focus on what they love to do… fly!
We’re seeking a full stack .NET developer who is enthusiastic about technology and ready to impact our company with creativity and productivity. Must have proven experience in C#, .NET Core (or .NET 6+), and Angular, and a willingness to charge the hill with us as we continue to improve and change the aviation industry.

Role Overview and Responsibilities:
- Gain a solid understanding of our solutions and the value we provide our customers
- Develop, and maintain complex software components
- Create and maintain documentation for design approaches, and APIs
- Work dependably and consistently to achieve deadlines and hit release dates
- Maintain and improve current knowledge on the latest technologies relevant to the role
Required/Desired Experience:
- 2-4 years full-time experience with Angular (2+) in building front-end applications
- Professional experience in .NET (C#) backend development
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL), and ORM tools (e.g., Entity Framework)
- Familiarity with Git source control and agile development practices
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and be coachable
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for work done with excellence
- High standards, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude
- Action-oriented and focused on getting the job done
- Collaborative team player
Nice to have, but not Required Experience:
- Pilot or aviation experience
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS or Azure)
- Experience with modern DevOps practices, CI/CD, containerization (e.g., Docker)
- Experience with RESTful API design, authentication, and security best practices

Compensation:
The salary range for this role has been established at $100,000 - $120,000 annually. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, skills, prior work experience, competencies, and geographic work location. The above salary range represents the Company’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
Travel Requirements:
- Occasional business travel may be required, up to 10%.
