In this role, you’ll partner closely with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Sales leadership to develop, implement, and evolve compensation programs that are competitive, scalable, and aligned to business goals. Reporting to the Global Head of Total Rewards, this position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment and wants to deepen their expertise in global compensation design.

  • Serve as a trusted compensation advisor to the Sales organization, partnering with key stakeholders across HR, Finance, and business leadership.

  • Design and maintain competitive compensation frameworks, including base pay, OTE, pay mix, and country-specific ranges for sales roles.

  • Conduct market analyses and internal equity assessments to provide recommendations on new hire offers, promotions, and other compensation adjustments.

  • Manage and support the annual compensation cycle for the Sales function, including salary reviews, merit increases, and promotion recommendations.

  • Evaluate new and existing roles for appropriate job levels and compensation benchmarks, leveraging both internal job architecture and external survey data.

  • Provide input on compensation communications, manager enablement, and leadership presentations that convey insights and support data-driven decisions.

  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of compensation policies, tools, and processes.

  • Ensure compliance with local and global labor laws, pay transparency requirements, and internal governance practices.

  • Maintain compensation data integrity and support audit and regulatory reporting as needed.

  • Participate in global compensation surveys and support analysis of market trends, particularly related to sales roles.

  • Identify and implement process improvements that drive consistency, efficiency, and scale in compensation operations.

Required skills and competencies

  • 4+ years of compensation partner experience, including direct support of sales organizations across multiple geographies.

  • Proven experience designing and managing merit and promotion cycles, particularly for sales roles.

  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and regulatory considerations in global environments.

  • Prior experience with market pricing using survey data. Aon survey experience is highly preferred.

  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (e.g., vlookup, index match, pivot tables) and comfort working with large data sets.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Effective communicator with the ability to translate data into clear insights and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

  • Experience supporting remote and distributed teams is strongly preferred.
