Company Description
Welcome to the good side of tech đź‘‹
You might have heard about us, but with a different name: DocPlanner, Doctoralia, Znanylekarz... It all started 10 years ago when we asked ourselves: is anyone in healthcare thinking about patients? We jumped in and we empowered patients by giving them access to leave and read reviews about their visit. We then provided doctors with the technology to manage bookings easily and save time, so they could devote themselves to what they always wanted: treating patients. And today is the day in which we ask you: wanna join us in the next step of the company's history: Making people longer & healthier lives? We're coupling the latest advances in AI & LLMs to the power of the network effects of our Marketplace to transform how people approach healthcare.
 Docplanner at scale
We are leaders in 13 countries so far, and more than 90 million patients trust us every month. 210,000 specialists believe in us and our product, and so do leading venture capital funds such as Point Nine Capital, Goldman Sachs Asset Management, and One Peak Partners. And yet, employing over 3.500 people all over the globe, we managed to keep the startup mindset we started with over 10 years ago.
And why should you join us?
Because it feels good to tell your family and your friends how you made the world a little bit better. You go to bed knowing that what you do matters, and that your talents align with your beliefs.
We want to make people live longer & healthier lives, and that starts with you being you. We believe that taking the diversity of human experience into account makes a better healthcare experience for all. We’re not just different: we embrace diversity. We will encourage you to come to work your whole self, and that includes not coming to the office at all if you prefer not to, as we're 100% remote-friendly.
Job Description
Over the years, Docplanner has acquired several Practice Management Systems (PMS) in Brazil, Italy, Spain, and Poland. These local platforms help thousands of clinics and doctors manage daily operations and serve as a strong foundation to cross-sell Docplanner offerings like Marketplace Visibility, AI Suite (Transcription and Communications), and Online Payments.
We’re now looking for a Global Product Director for PMS to shape the global vision of how these systems integrate into a seamless, connected experience for doctors and clinics.
Your mission is to align PMS roadmaps across countries, working with local Country Managers and global Product leaders to deliver the best local experience while scaling global features that go beyond a traditional PMS. You’ll own the integrations strategy across Docplanner’s ecosystem, including Marketplace, AI, Payments, and patient engagement tools.
You’ll collaborate closely with PMS teams in Italy, Spain, Poland, and Brazil, aligning local needs with a global roadmap. Key initiatives include driving impact through projects like the Patient Portal and enabling cross-sell from PMS into Docplanner’s broader suite.
This role reports directly to our CTPO and plays a critical role in connecting local execution with global strategy. It is remote-friendly and ideally based in Spain or Poland.
Your ability to foster a data-driven, business-oriented product culture, knowing when to move fast with MVPs and when to build for scale, will be essential to drive long-term impact and sustainable growth.
What we expect from this position
Inspire, lead, and shape PMS product visions into an exceptional market fit for each country
Own and drive the integration strategy across PMS platforms and Docplanner products, ensuring customers benefit from a connected and seamless experience that also drives cross-sell opportunities and supports ARPU growth.
Manage stakeholders effectively at both global and local levels, ensuring alignment and collaboration across diverse teams
Navigate a complex ecosystem where teams serve both individual doctors and clinics, focusing on delivering a best-in-class efficiency platform while unlocking additional value through Visibility, Growth, and AI
Define the product strategy together with Product Leaders and Country Managers, ensuring consistency with the broader Docplanner Tech and Product strategy
Influence and establish a shared product vision with business areas such as Sales, Operations, and Marketing
Ensure product opportunities and technical plans are aligned with your Engineering counterpart
Champion a hands-on, insight-driven approach to innovation using data, market input, and direct user engagement
Create and foster a decision-making culture based on insight, analysis, and measurable outcomes
Collaborate closely with other Global Product Directors to standardize objectives, define clear KPIs and tasks, and bring transparency to your impact on MRR growth
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Director
Experience in B2B SaaS and Marketplace scaleups
Solid experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments with exposure to change management and business scaling
A proven track record of delivering significant success, scaling, and developing high-performing digital products that impact business and delight customers while partnering with Country Managers to understand both global and local needs
Experience leading or contributing to product integrations across systems, tools, or platforms, ideally within a modular or multi-product tech architecture
Expertise in the end-to-end product development lifecycle, with strong experience in agile and lean software development practices
Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Business-savvy, with broad business acumen beyond Product Management and a strong ability to assess product–market fit
Sharp analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
Hands-on approach: at Docplanner, being a people manager means diving into the details of problems, opportunities, and solutions
Experience in healthcare is a plus, not a must
Experience in modernizing tech debt while continuing to deliver product value is a plus
