Job Summary
As a Growth Lead based in Edinburgh, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Content, and Leadership to define and execute data-driven growth strategies. You'll be a key player in driving customer acquisition, retention, and engagement, playing a critical role in shaping the company’s trajectory as we scale.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role that blends strategy with execution. You’ll take ownership of end-to-end growth initiatives — from designing and launching experiments to analyzing results and scaling what works. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your ideas and actions directly influence business outcomes.

In this role, you will:
Lead and execute growth strategies across multiple marketing channels.
Design, run, and analyze experiments to optimize user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Collaborate with product, content, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Identify growth bottlenecks and propose scalable solutions based on data and market insights.
Develop high-impact campaigns with a strong focus on measurable outcomes.
Monitor performance metrics and use insights to drive continuous improvement.
Act as an owner — take initiative, make informed decisions, and drive projects from concept to completion.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of a 2:1 degree from a top-tier university.
2+ years of experience in a high-growth startup, management consulting, or investment banking.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills; familiarity with growth analytics tools is a plus.
Demonstrated experience leading complex projects with minimal oversight.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop unconventional but effective solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Entrepreneurial attitude and a strong desire to build and scale a high-impact business.
