We’re seeking a Growth Marketing Analyst to uncover insights and drive performance across our marketing funnels. You’ll experiment with messaging, refine lead journeys, and optimize conversion paths across digital channels.
What You’ll Do
Analyze marketing funnel metrics using CRM and campaign data
Design and execute A/B tests on ads, emails, and landing pages
Identify opportunities to boost conversion rates and lead quality
Collaborate with creative, content, and product marketing teams
Track KPIs and recommend spend shifts based on performance data
What You Bring
1–3 years of experience in growth marketing, funnel analysis, or digital campaign optimization
Proficiency with platforms like HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or Google Analytics
Strong analytical skills with Excel or dashboard tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
A knack for writing and reviewing copy that converts
Experience with A/B testing and CRO best practices is highly preferred
