We’re looking for a Head of Growth Marketing who’s wired for speed, creativity, and impact — someone who sees marketing as a growth engine, not a cost center.

What You'll Do
Own our growth strategy end-to-end: pipeline generation, conversion optimization, and everything in between
Lead sales enablement, ensuring our sales team is equipped with information and tools to move generate and win opportunities
Design and execute programs across organic, ABM, events and partner channels
Use AI tools to scale content, automate workflows, personalize campaigns, and test fast
Build and optimize a high-velocity marketing engine: lead scoring, nurture flows, conversion tracking, and experimentation
Translate technical product value into crisp, conversion-ready messaging and creative
Partner with Product, Sales, and Partnerships to align launches and GTM strategy
You Might Be a Fit If You...
Have led or been a key driver of growth in a fast-scaling enterprise SaaS company
Experience in leading growth within a finite market and ICP
Can effectively partner with Sales teams engaged in complex, enterprise SaaS motions; experience with Consultative and Challenger sales methodologies
Thrive in zero-to-one and one-to-ten phases — you love figuring things out and then turning them into repeatable machines
Think in hypotheses, build fast tests, and measure results in hours and days, not months
Understand the fundamentals of performance marketing and marketing ops — but aren't confined by them
Write well, think strategically, and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty
Are obsessed with outcomes, not vanity metrics
Use AI tools not just to speed up execution, but to reimagine what's possible in marketing
Know how to build credibility with Product and deliver value to the customer
What You'll Need
10+ years in high-growth B2B SaaS, with ownership of demand gen and marketing-led revenue growth
Proven track record driving scalable pipeline across multiple channels (paid, organic, outbound assist, lifecycle, etc.)
Experience in production homebuilding or residential/commercial construction
Experience building or leading early-stage marketing at companies that scaled quickly (Series A–C+)
Comfortable running a mix of strategy and execution — this is a builder role
Strong grasp of funnel metrics, experimentation, marketing ops, and modern marketing tools (HubSpot, SFDC, LinkedIn Ads, GA, etc.)
Experience crafting and testing messaging that bridges technical value with buyer outcomes
