The impact you’ll have:

As our Head of HR Business Partnering, you will be a pivotal leader in translating our overall people strategy into actionable, business-aligned initiatives. You will partner with and operate as a trusted advisor to Exec team members and senior leaders across a number of functions, proactively shaping people strategies that drive organisational effectiveness, build a high-performance culture, and foster an exceptional employee experience. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and operational delivery to anticipate ever changing workforce needs, champion talent growth, and ensure that people considerations are central to every decision, ultimately fueling sustainable growth.

Your day-to-day:

  • Strategic People Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to executive and senior leadership, deeply understanding business priorities and integrating into actionable people initiatives that support workforce planning, capability building, and organisational effectiveness.

  • Employee Engagement & Culture: Act as the business lead for employee engagement, leveraging data and insights to drive meaningful initiatives and actions that improve employee experience, fostering an inclusive culture where all colleagues feel valued, while also acting as the voice of the customer and sharing insights for ongoing improvement.

  • Talent Management: Execute strategies, in conjunction with the Talent CoE, that support growing talent, deepening the succession bench and ensuring that we continue to attract, retain, and grow key talent.

  • Driving Change & Transformation: Champion and lead significant people-related change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions, mitigating disruption, and fostering a culture that embraces continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Employee Relations: Create a positive environment where concerns are addressed and conflicts are resolved in a timely manner, in line with our policies, procedures and shared values.

  • Driving Organisational Effectiveness: Partner with executive and senior leadership to design optimal structures and workforce plans, ensuring the right talent and capacity are in place to achieve business goals, enable long-term growth and embed a people rhythm across the business so that people initiatives are consistently prioritised.

  • Coaching & Developing People Business Partners: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing People Partner function to ensure they deliver high quality support and deliver purposeful outcomes to the relevant functions.

  • Data-Driven Insights & Solutions: Utilise people analytics and external market trends to inform strategic decisions, identify emerging risks and opportunities, and develop proactive, data-backed solutions.

Your skillset:

  • Extensive HR Leadership Experience: Proven HR experience, with a significant portion in a strategic HR Business Partnering role, ideally within an international, high growth tech business and/or a highly matrixed organisation.

  • Strategic & Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated ability to understand complex business challenges, translate them into actionable people strategies, and drive impactful solutions that contribute to commercial success.

  • Exceptional Stakeholder Engagement: Proven track record of building trusted relationships and effectively influencing C-suite executives and senior leaders across various functions.

  • Excellent Communication & Storytelling: Excellent communication skills (written & verbal), with a data-assisted mindset that drives your thinking and supports your decision making. A proven ability to articulate complex insights clearly and persuasively, using data to build compelling narratives that influence stakeholders and drive action.

  • Data Fluency & Strategic Analytics: Demonstrated expertise in leveraging people analytics and HR data to generate actionable insights, identify trends, and inform strategic decision-making. Proven ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives and recommendations for executive and senior leadership, driving measurable business impact.

  • Change Leadership Expertise: Strong experience leading significant organisational change initiatives in a programmatic way, with the ability to guide leaders and teams through complex transformations.

  • International Employee Relations Experience: Knowledge of managing employee relations issues, EMEA experience is essential in providing strategic guidance, and fostering a positive employee relations environment.

  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive, problem-solving mindset with excellent attention to detail and the ability to drive change effectively, handling unexpected challenges and complexity with composure.

  • Fast Paced: Proven experience operating effectively ideally within a tech or fast-growing organisation.

  • Final stage with key stakeholder/s from People team, Exec & business, including a task to present, in office - 1 hour plus x2 45min Interviews
