About the role
We are looking for an ambitious, experienced, and results-oriented Head of Product & Growth to lead one of the newest additions to our portfolio—an extremely promising project with significant financial potential and strong market demand. As part of an established company with multiple successful products, you will be responsible for launching this new product from scratch and then managing its continued growth and evolution over the long term.
In this role, you will be in charge of product development, growth strategy, feature prioritization, performance marketing, and driving enhancements to contribute to the overall profitability of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management: Lead the complete product launch process and subsequent roadmap development, aligning features with revenue goals and user experience needs. Execute a swift, efficient product launch while maintaining quality standards and market-readiness.
Growth & Conversion Optimization:Focus exclusively on maximizing post-launch ARPU, with the clear objective of achieving a 15% quarterly increase. Execute ongoing initiatives to analyze, optimize, and iterate on monetization levers across the product experience, ensuring all post-launch actions directly support substantial ARPU uplift.
UI/UX Leadership: Make critical design decisions—whether working with UI/UX Researcher or directly implementing using our design framework—to ensure intuitive, high-converting user experiences
Performance Marketing & Analytics: Optimize campaign performance and acquisition costs while tracking key metrics and providing actionable insights to leadership
Competitive Intelligence: Continuously analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify growth opportunities and inform product decisions
Team Leadership: Manage daily operations, coordinate cross-functional execution, and ensure all initiatives align with business objectives
Qualifications
4+ years’ relevant experience in building and scaling subscription-based product businesses, with a strong track record of ARPU improvement post-launch.
Proven competency in launching innovative products and accelerating monetization right from market entry.
Results-only mindset: relentlessly focused on delivering measurable revenue uplift, valuing impactful outcomes above hours invested or routine project delivery.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and prioritize a product backlog, ensuring the team delivers high-quality results on commitments with speed and accountability.
Strong technical and UI/UX skills to independently drive monetization-focused enhancements.
Skilled in leveraging analytics, CRO methodology, and A/B testing for continuous post-launch ARPU gains.
Excellent English language proficiency.

Location
