We are at the heart of Alan’s mission, bringing to the team our technical leadership and expertise on healthcare and death & disability insurance.
We work hand in hand with our data scientists, designers, engineers and product managers to build the most differentiating products and provide a delightful experience at a fair price. We build and manage offers for large companies and civil servants with our sales and account management teams. We make sure our portfolio is closely monitored and risks are effectively managed. We also maintain a trusting relationship with our insurance regulators.

️ ⭐️ Your role ⭐️ ️
Partner with sales teams to price and develop compelling proposals for very large corporate clients and public institutions
Server as a trusted technical advisor in client meeting, delivering expert insights that build confidence in our solutions
Design delightful insurance products meeting both member needs and regulatory requirements
Support key account managers in nurturing and renewing our most strategic client relationships
Develop scalable tools, frameworks and knowledge resources that empower further our sales teams
⭐️ Is it you we’re looking for? ⭐️
You would thrive in this role if you:
Are able to navigate and synthesize technical, data, legal and business considerations related to health and income protection insurance.
2 years of experience in Health and/or "Prevoyance" Insurance are a big plus but are not required.
Are analytical and structured, with a fact-based decision-making style
Are excited about bringing technical expertise in a business-centric context
Are willing to deeply change the insurance industry and challenge the status quo
Approach challenges with a scalability perspective, continuously identifying opportunities to optimize processes and systems
Have strong written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
Are fluent in both French (French clients) and English (Alan’s working language)
