Who We Need:

We're seeking a driven, ambitious sales professional with a true "hunter" mentality. You thrive on proactively sourcing new leads, creatively identifying opportunities, and pursuing potential clients with tenacity. You excel at building strong virtual relationships, skillfully reading customers’ body language on video calls, intuitively interpreting vocal intonations on phone calls, and demonstrating genuine empathy to understand their needs deeply.

You must be fluent in Korean and English, ready to leverage your multilingual capabilities to grow our presence in the aviation, aerospace, and defense markets.

Our sales culture is results-driven and performance-focused, with clearly defined KPIs designed to foster accountability and growth. We value individuals who can consistently meet ambitious targets, proactively manage their performance, and thrive in a structured yet rewarding environment. Ideal candidates will have prior experience working in SaaS or similarly structured organizations where regular performance measurement is standard practice.

What You'll Do:

  • Proactive Prospecting: Leverage your creativity and resourcefulness to identify, pursue, and secure new leads across multiple platforms.

  • Virtual Relationship Building: Establish trust-based, long-distance relationships with potential clients through video calls, phone conversations, and personalized communication.

  • Empathic Communication: Accurately interpret client sentiments, unspoken cues, and needs to present tailored solutions.

  • Consultative Selling: Conduct engaging virtual presentations showcasing PartsBase’s unmatched value in procurement, digital advertising, and PBExpo, effectively closing deals.

  • Collaborative Approach: Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging and customer experience.

  • Continuous Growth: Stay informed on industry trends, actively seek customer feedback, and refine your sales approach to consistently achieve and exceed targets.

What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years’ sales experience in SaaS environments with a strong focus on heavy KPI measurements.

  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed KPI targets.

  • Fluency in Korean and English.

  • Proven ability to proactively source and close sales virtually.

  • Strong skills in interpreting client body language and vocal cues remotely.

  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset.

  • Eagerness to continuously learn and grow within a collaborative yet autonomous environment.

  • Aviation knowledge, experience, or background is a significant plus.
