We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Administrator to join our Security & IT team. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day administration of devices, services, and systems across the organisation. This role blends IT operations with a strong emphasis on scalability, automation, and security best practices. What you'll be doing
MDM Management: Own MDM management on both Windows and MacOS environments.
VPN Management: Own the VPN configuration, operation and troubleshooting across the organisation.
IT Equipment distribution and lifecycle management: Make sure employees have the workstations and equipment they need to complete their work in a timely manner. Own relationships with IT vendors worldwide.
SaaS Service Management: Be in a position to provide support to an ever-changing landscape of SaaS services e.g. SAML integration, Slack integrations etc.
What you'll need
Experience
5+ years of experience in IT administration or support roles, ideally in fast-paced, remote-friendly environments.
Proven experience managing MDM platforms across both macOS and Windows endpoints (e.g., Kandji, Jamf, Intune).
Hands-on experience with VPN configuration, troubleshooting, and access policies at scale (e.g., NordLayer, OpenVPN, WireGuard, Tailscale).
Solid background in IT equipment lifecycle management: procurement, distribution, inventory tracking, and vendor coordination.
Experience managing user access and integrations for common SaaS tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Jira, Okta/Auth0).
Familiarity with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring timely provisioning and deprovisioning of systems and hardware.
Technical Skills
Proficiency with MDM tools and scripting for automation (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, or Python).
Solid understanding of enterprise networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN protocols, Zero Trust principles).
Working knowledge of SAML, SCIM, and OAuth for SaaS integrations and identity management.
Comfort with basic endpoint and infrastructure troubleshooting (e.g., connectivity issues, drive encryption, device compliance).
Awareness of IT security best practices, particularly around secure provisioning, endpoint hardening, and device wipe procedures.
