Job Description
- Developing, directing and guiding an innovative art style for the game.
- Lead all the Artists in order to maintain the vision and quality.
- Overseeing and organizing project development cycle and the tools needed to complete successfully the art production.
- Maintain a close working relationship with other disciplines to establish technical and aesthetic guidelines for art in the game.
Qualifications
- At least 3-4 years experience as a Lead Artist at Game Studio, Animation Studio, Digital Agency, etc
- Proactive and able to lead the team
- Versatile in creating assets in various style
- A good art perception
- Passion for games development and strong game culture
