As Product Manager, Skills Enablement, you’ll lead the development of scalable learning solutions for core and emerging capabilities, with a focus on AI enablement and high-performance behaviors. Personal Contribution:
The Learning & Talent Development Product Manager (Skills Enablement) acts as a subject matter expert in skill and capability development, leading Pax8’s overall skills-based transformation and ensuring that Learning & Talent Development products leverage best practices and innovations within the industry while meeting learner needs and aligning with business goals and People Team priorities. They drive innovation in Learning & Talent Development, ensuring products are AI-enabled, data-driven, iterative, and deliver measurable impact. Managing a backlog of feature requests and deliverables across a portfolio of skill and capability development products, they will balance the needs of multiple stakeholders, making informed trade-offs to maximize value delivery in an AI-enabled environment. They must serve as a connector, collaborating with other People functions, Tech Services, business leaders, and employees to drive adoption and success.
This role is ideal for someone who brings a blend of AI-enabled skill building expertise, Agile methodologies, product management, and learning experience design—someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, driving results through data-driven decision-making and stakeholder collaboration. In year one, skill development at Pax8 is expected to focus heavily on AI enablement and driving a healthy, high-performance culture.

Ideal Skills and Experience:

- 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience in L&D, talent development, HR, or product management roles
- Experience creating learning strategies that align with business priorities
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders across borders and time zones
- Data-driven mindset — comfortable interpreting usage, impact, and sentiment metrics
- Familiarity with Agile or product development methods
- Curiosity and experience with AI-powered learning tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with skill frameworks, career pathing, or capability academies
- Exposure to platforms like Workday Skills Cloud, Degreed, or similar
- Human-centered design, UX, or service design background

Compensation:
Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $105,000 to 131,000 or more depending on experience.
