Job Description

Build, Scale & Operate Leading DTC Brands alongside A-Players

Maneuver Marketing

Our Vision, Mission & Success are fuelled by our commitment to be a driving force of positive change to the health of everyday consumers, providing conscious, high-quality & innovative supplement products.

In just 5 years, we kicked off our own DTC Health & Wellness brand from scratch and scaled it to USD$100M+ in annual sales, serving more than 3,000,000 customers worldwide with an average of 4,000 daily orders across 9 SKUs.

These results caught the attention of The Financial Times, as they ranked us among APACs top High-Growth Companies. We have also been awarded 2nd place on the E50 Awards, jointly organised by The Business Times and KPMG in Singapore.

This is just the beginning of our journey, and you could be part of the next stage of our growth!

Your Next Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Executive to support the legal and compliance function of the organization. This role will be responsible for managing relationships with external counsel, supporting disputes and litigation, coordinating IP filings, ensuring regulatory and marketing compliance, and overseeing the lifecycle of contracts and corporate records. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of corporate and regulatory frameworks to ensure that legal matters are handled efficiently, cost-effectively, and in alignment with business objectives. This role offers exceptional growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment where your contributions directly impact our global expansion strategy.

What You'll Do

External Counsel Liaison

  • Manage relationships and communications between the organization and external legal counsel.

  • Brief counsel clearly, provide timely documentation, and coordinate legal workflows.

  • Monitor and manage timelines, budgets, and scope of external legal work.

  • Communicate outcomes and recommendations from external counsel to internal stakeholders.

Dispute & Litigation Support

  • Prepare factual documentation for customer disputes, chargebacks, and threatened litigation.

  • Collaborate with Customer Experience (CX) teams and legal counsel to gather evidence.

  • Maintain organized case files, timelines, and supporting materials for litigation readiness.

IP Filing & Monitoring

  • Coordinate with external IP lawyers to prepare, submit, and monitor intellectual property (IP) filings, including trademarks, copyrights, patents, and design registrations.

  • Track deadlines for renewals and office actions, ensuring portfolio accuracy.

  • Identify potential conflicts or infringements and escalate to counsel.

  • Maintain organized IP records and provide regular reporting to leadership.

Regulatory Filing Support

  • Support preparation, review, and submission of regulatory filings for product registrations (e.g., NPNs, EFSA, FDA).

  • Maintain documentation and filing trackers to ensure timely submissions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (QA, Product, Business Development, etc.) to gather required inputs.

  • Ensure filings comply with applicable laws, standards, and internal policies.

Marketing & Claims Compliance

  • Review and approve marketing materials, product claims, disclaimers, and promotional content.

  • Verify claims for accuracy and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry guidelines.

  • Maintain comprehensive records of compliance reviews and approvals.

  • Work closely with internal marketing teams, external counsel, and regulators to minimize legal and reputational risks.

Contract & Legal Document Management

  • Manage the full lifecycle of contracts and legal documents, including drafting, reviewing, redlining, and database management.

  • Ensure contracts are compliant, accurate, and aligned with approved clause libraries.

  • Maintain organized repositories, ensuring version control and accessibility.

  • Track key terms, obligations, renewal dates, and ensure audit-ready documentation.

Compliance & Governance Administration

  • Oversee corporate governance records (resolutions, board minutes, filings).

  • Manage privacy compliance activities (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), including data subject requests and record-keeping.

  • Support compliance audits and due diligence requests.

  • Ensure company policies, records, and processes are aligned with regulatory and governance standards.

How You'll Succeed

Maneuver is an OKRs, KPIs & data-driven company, we are not Mad Men (Well, not all), but Math Men. As a result, multiple metrics will constitute the basis of your performance and success within this role and the company:

  • External Counsel Coordination: Deliver complete, timely documentation to external legal counsel with clear internal context, maintain central tracking of all legal matters with statuses and deadlines, and act as an effective bridge between internal teams and legal vendors to reduce costs and accelerate resolutions.

  • Expansion-Related IP & Regulatory Filings: Maintain an accurate, up-to-date register of trademarks and application statuses across jurisdictions, conduct timely name clearance checks during product development, and coordinate regulatory filing documentation (NPNs, EU dossiers) with cross-functional teams to meet market entry timelines.

  • Marketing Claims & Privacy Compliance: Drive adoption of approved product claims and disclaimers aligned with FTC/FDA guidance within the creative and marketing team, and flag risky marketing language before escalation to reduce risk of claims-related complaints or litigation. Ensure privacy compliance in respective jurisdictions through regular updates to privacy policy and content management platform implementation with the Tech team.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field; Paralegal certification is a plus.

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a paralegal, compliance, or legal operations role, preferably in a regulated industry (health, consumer products, or e-commerce).

  • Experience coordinating with external counsel and cross-functional teams.

  • Strong knowledge of contract management, compliance frameworks, and regulatory filing processes.

  • Experience with multi-entity corporate governance (US/Singapore preferred) and understanding of cross-border regulatory requirements for product launches and business operations

  • Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to translate legal outcomes into business-friendly updates.

  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
