About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic paid search marketer to join our team for a 4-month temporary contract position. This is an incredible opportunity to play a high-impact role in the growth of Hims & Hers. You will be responsible for the creation, optimization, and growth of world-class paid search campaigns. Not only will you own highly performant SEM campaigns, but you will also help innovate and evolve the Hims & Hers search marketing practice. Reporting to the Associate Director, Paid Search, you’ll work closely with key stakeholders to drive growth for one of Hims & Hers' largest categories as a Subject Matter Expert.
You Will:
Manage, optimize, and grow campaigns across paid search ads and Performance Max
Systematically test new keywords, ad copy, assets, campaign types, bidding strategies, and landing pages
Analyze performance media data to uncover meaningful, actionable insights
Proactively identify paid search opportunities or challenges and find innovative solutions
Collaborate with a range of teams, including Analytics, Product Marketing, Optimization, and more
Accurately forecast campaign budgets, conversions, and CPAs
Ensure there is accurate media tracking, measurement, and reporting
Manage and optimize processes that increase operational effectiveness
Present to key stakeholders across various levels and departments
You Have:
5+ years of hands-on experience in direct-response paid search marketing, preferably in highly competitive consumer-oriented verticals.
Exceptional track record of driving measurable revenue and customer acquisition growth through SEM
Proven success consistently driving performance with multi-million dollar monthly budgets
Extraordinary quantitative analysis skills, an affinity for numbers, and the ability to process complex calculations quickly and accurately
Experience executing complex cross-functional marketing projects
Deep understanding of media measurement methodologies and technology
Excellent written communication and presentation skills, able to communicate across a range of audiences
Strong ability to work in a highly collaborative environment and participate in a team-based planning process
Experience with bid management platforms, such as Marin, SA360, or Skai
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience
An in-depth understanding of the healthcare, wellness, or CPG industry is a plus
