Job Description
As the Marketing Lead, you’ll own the full-funnel marketing strategy and execution for our suite of creator-branded fitness apps. You’ll drive paid media, campaign strategy, lifecycle marketing, and brand messaging—partnering closely with creators, product, and content teams to fuel subscriber growth, retention, and revenue.
Responsibilities
Paid Media: Strategy & Execution
Build, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across major channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
Conduct hands-on audience targeting, budgeting, A/B testing, and creative rotation
Monitor CAC, CTR, ROAS, and cost per trial daily; pause/scale ads based on performance
Analyze campaign results and translate learnings into weekly optimizations and strategic pivots
Campaign & Go-to-Market Strategy
Plan and lead multi-channel campaigns for app launches, challenges, seasonal promotions, and feature releases
Set overall messaging strategy, campaign timelines, and coordinate cross-functional execution
Review and edit copy for email, push, in-app, and landing pages; ensure alignment with audience and brand
Collaborate with product, content, design, and support teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery
Revenue Forecasting & Business Performance
Track key business metrics: subscriber growth, trial conversion, retention, and churn
Monitor and interpret the impact of campaigns, promotions, and paid media on revenue and LTV
Partner with leadership on strategic planning, forecasting, and growth scenarios
Lifecycle Marketing Oversight
Own high-level strategy for onboarding, retention, and reactivation flows (email, push, in-app)
Review flow logic and messaging; provide editing feedback on campaign content
Align lifecycle efforts with product, support, and content teams
Messaging, Positioning & Brand Stewardship
Define and evolve the value propositions for each app and audience segment
Approve and edit all external copy: landing pages, App Store descriptions, challenge banners, ad scripts, etc.
Maintain distinct brand voices across multiple apps, ensuring consistency across channels
Partner with creators to refine messaging and support their brand’s growth
Partner Relations & Strategic Leadership
Represent marketing in creator/partner calls
Align partner efforts with campaign timing, user needs, and overall growth strategy
Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with partners and act as a strategic thought partner
Ideal Candidate
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media and full-funnel campaign management (preferably in SaaS, subscription, or mobile apps)
Proven track record of driving subscriber growth and retention through paid and lifecycle marketing
Strong analytical skills; comfortable with data analysis, forecasting, and reporting
Exceptional copywriting and editing skills; experience developing messaging for diverse audiences
Experience collaborating with product, design, and content teams in a fast-paced environment
Deep understanding of app marketing, mobile user acquisition, and creator/influencer ecosystems a plus
Self-starter with strong project management and cross-functional leadership abilities
