Job Description
As we continue to grow and modernise our operations, we are seeking a driven Marketing Technology Consultant to join our team and lead the implementation and optimization of cutting-edge marketing automation and CRM solutions.
As a Marketing Technology Consultant, you will be responsible for the configuration, deployment, and optimization of marketing automation platforms and CRM integrations. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to design and implement scalable solutions that align marketing strategies with technical capabilities.
You will support the setup of platforms such as Oracle Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or similar tools. Experience in CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot, etc.) and broader Customer Experience (CX) technologies is highly valued.

From predictive analytics and journey orchestration to generative AI content and smart segmentation, AI is no longer a nice-to-have—it's embedded in modern marketing automation platforms and core to how marketing operations run. We’re looking for someone who not only understands this shift but is excited to apply AI-driven capabilities to elevate customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the configuration, testing, and deployment of marketing automation systems for client and internal projects.
- Design and implement marketing workflows, lead scoring models, nurturing programs, and campaign processes.
- Integrate marketing automation platforms with CRM systems and other external tools (e.g., via REST APIs, SFTP, webhooks).
- Support data modeling and data integration efforts to ensure clean, structured, and actionable marketing data.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate marketing goals into technical solutions.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
- Maintain thorough documentation and ensure project deliverables are met with high quality and on schedule.
- Provide training, support, and technical guidance to clients and internal users.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience implementing and managing Marketing Automation tools (e.g., Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Braze, EMARSYS, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and integrations.
- Strong understanding of marketing operations, campaign management, lead lifecycle, and funnel optimization.
- Experience with data modeling, relational databases, and data analysis.
- Understanding of system integration principles and working knowledge of APIs (REST, SOAP), SFTP, and basic web technologies.
- Proficiency in process modeling and documenting technical architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
Preferred (Not Required)
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with customer journey orchestration tools or CDPs.
- Certification in one or more platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Eloqua, Marketo) is a plus.
- Interest or experience with AI-powered marketing tools, such as predictive analytics, personalization engines, or generative content tools.
